I always return here because of the friendly staff who helped me with my suitcases on my first stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, a rooftop pool, and a fitness center. I'm excited for my next trip!

fairly clean hotel, supper friendly team members at the reception desk. magnificent and incredible location, in edges where glass splash back was. and just off chapel st nightlife, shopping, restaurants & cafes and all the trendy pubs and clubs in south yarra. honestly nothing too much trouble.

Great central location! I popped into Splash Juice Bar nearby for some delicious coffee and treats. Definitely worth checking out when you're around 🥤.

We were greeted with a complementary botttle of champagne. Room was very large and comforatble. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Room service and mini bar food was incredibly expensive.

You have to pay extra for films, the spa in the room was tiny and difficult for two people, the view was nothing short of 3 star and the pool was dull.

The apartment had lovely minimalist decor. the location is central, close to great restaurants, tram or train, and entertainment areas. - Don't forget to explore the South Yarra district!

My experience at the Como Melbourne was faultless. The staff were all amazing, the room was palatial and the hotel was immaculate. My only criticism is that the pool closed at 10pm. I work every night until 10:30pm and would have loved to have had a swim upon returning to the hotel.

The whole expereince was wonderful; the staff friendly, courteous and very very helpful. The room itself was very well appointed, very comfortable, very clean, the bathroom roomy, the spa absolutely fabulous so much so that I want to install one in my own bathroom. The bed very comfortable. Room facilities spacious and complete. All in all, the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

(One minor maintenance problem; the toilet continually flushed, had to manually reset from push button on top of cistern) but I reported it.

The Como Melbourne is a pleasant and fabulous place with lovely staff at the reception desk. the breakfast comes with lovely filtered coffee available too. - Awesome location in the local area, near to restaurants and bars. - So close to supermarket and Chapel Street in South Yarra.

Our stay at the Como was excellent, especially at the start when we arrived late on a Friday evening feeliing quite tired, to a warm, friendly and efficient greeting from all staff members. Our room was very comfortable, especially the bed, and had been nicely refurbished since we stayed at the hotel last year. The location of the hotel is very convenient with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The Como manages to consistently combine a high standard of care with very relaxed and friendly service.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

The accommodation was clean and the staff were polite, fulfilling every request we had. The location is fantastic, as it is only a ten-minute walk from South Yarra station. The building has an elegant style and there is an in-house bar that offers complimentary drinks.

The staff at the reception desk were efficient. the location in the heart of South Yarra was particularly good. - the interior design was nice. - There is a variety of restaurants nearby, such as Chez Olivier which is just a 5-minute walk away.

The food here offers a diverse selection and is of excellent quality.
